About Us

The owner, Dominique Royal has been in the event industry for ten years. She has a range of experience as not only an attendee but also as a vendor. She has gained an expertise like no other, working under some of the best event planners and event production companies in the area.

During her time at one event company, she saw a need, not just in Greensboro and the surrounding Triad, but around the country for professionally trained event staff. After two years of planning and second-guessing, Royal Event Staffing was created!

Royal Event Staffing provides professionally trained and staff for events throughout the Triad.

Royal Event Staffing is the Triad's premier event staffing agency. We provide servers, bartenders, venue managers and event staff for weddings, corporate and social events in the Greensboro, Raleigh, and Charlotte regions. Royal Event Staffing is a premium concierge service. We provide high-end professional help to create an elegant and upscale experience for guests.

We supply servers, event staff, event assistants, venue managers and event labor. We have partnered with caterers, venues, wedding planners and other event industry vendors to create a memorable experience for guests. We have serviced weddings, corporate events, conferences, commencements, and birthday parties.

Owners, Dominique Ford and Brian Tennie, have wide-ranging expertise in the Event industry; from global tradeshow management to supplying staff for weddings, and assisting with the planning and execution of festivals, by working under some of the best event planners and event production agencies in the area.

Royal Event Staffing was born out of a necessity, that Dominique found, during her time at one event company as a Special Projects & Events Manager. She was tasked with booking catering, with staffing, for over 300 events on a 4-branch cross country tour. She saw a need, not just in Greensboro and the surrounding Triad, but around the country for professionally trained event staff.

Brian’s rich history in accounting, finance, and client relationship management makes this a perfect partnership. Brian and Dominique shared a vision for what Royal Event Staffing could be and joined forces in their passion for serving others. Their goal is always to give vendors, staff, guests, and clients an unforgettable experience.
