 What kind of event staff do you have?

We are a Full-Service Event Staffing company. We have waitstaff, bartenders, event staff (registration, coat check, etc.), event assistants, event labor, venue managers, event managers and AV technicians. Tell us your needs and we’ll find a solution.

 

What kind of tasks will your staff do?

Our staff will bus tables, serve a plated meal, cut and serve cake, pass hors d'oeuvres, manage a beverage station, manage a buffet, serve a buffet meal, bartend pre-mixed or mixed cocktails, set event decor, flip a room, manage conference registration, manage a coat check, manage games, serve at a private dinner, and many other things. If you're not sure, just ask!

 

How are your staff trained?

All of Royal Event Staffing's staff have previous event experience or have been trained by the owner, who has more than a decade of expertise in all aspects of events.

 

Do you work with caterers?

Yes, we frequently partner with caterers to assist with scaling up their staff temporarily for special events.

 

Will you bring or deliver items to our event?

Yes. Many clients ask us to order disposable dinnerware, or other items that need to be transported to the venue. We'll order it and bring it with us when we arrive to your event so there's no hassle or worry about when or how it will get there.

 

Do you bring extra supplies?

Yes. We have what we call an Event Kit that we bring to every event. It has supplies such as dish soap, disposable gloves, serving trays, serving tools (spatulas, spoons and tongs, etc.), just about anything you'd need for a catered event.

 

Will you serve food from a caterer?

Absolutely. We are often hired by people who order from a caterer who doesn't provide staff. That's actually how we got our start!

 

Do you have experience with cultural weddings?

Yes, we do! We provide Event Assistants for wedding planners to assist with Indian weddings. Our Event Managers and Waitstaff have experience managing buffets for cultural weddings as well.

 

What does your staff wear?

We have uniforms, they are button-up, black collared shirts. Each staff person wears one of those along with black pants and black shoes. If you have a specific request regarding how the staff will be dressed, just let us know.

 

Do you have any discounts?

Yes, we give discounts for caterers, venues and other event industry companies, as well as non-profit organizations. We also offer discounts for bulk purchases and multi-day events.

 

Can I book a same-day event?

There are times when we can provide staff for a same-day event. For these requests, please give us a call. To guarantee availability, we recommend submitting requests at least two weeks in advance. However, we understand that plans can change, so we occasionally accommodate smaller staffing needs (1-2 people) with up to five days' notice.
